Salon Gabrielle is a small private studio that has been in business for over eleven years.
Barb Berwald has been in the hair industry for over twenty years and after fifteen years of
working at a salon, she decided to venture off and create a more private and relaxing studio
for her clients. She found through experience that her clients suffering from Alopecia, Tricholtillomania,
male patterned baldness, fine or thinning hair or those suffering
from cancer, especially appreciated the change to the small private studio.

Along with extensive training in the field of hair-loss, Barb had the privilege of meeting and studying with
Amy Gibson who started her own line of wigs called "Amy's Presence". Throughout the years as a stylist,
she has studied the art of advanced cutting, coloring, and styling hair in
New York, California, and Chicago and she has studied and continues to study with
numerous well known artists in advanced classes at the Aveda Institute.

She understands the devastation that accompanies hair-loss and works diligently in helping you
find a solution to meet your individual and specific needs. Her goal is to help you feel more confident and enjoy the activities that you once enjoyed without having to worry about your
hair-loss. She understands that windy and rainy days can be troublesome for many people who
suffer with hair-loss, imagine not feeling that anxiety anymore.
